It must have worked...

I guess my last post did the trick because the sun has finally arrived here in the Lower Mainland and we've had some gorgeous weather!  Woohoo!
I'm pretty sure I only have a few minutes before Callie wakes up from her nap so I'll just post a few of my latest pictures (even though they're over a month old and most of them were taken on my iPod Touch).
I have to say... its sad how few pictures I take these days.  I used to have my camera on me at ALL TIMES when Callie was first born.  Now I am lucky if I remember it at all.  So although the pictures are few & far between, it doesn't mean 'the kid' isn't growing and getting cuter every day :)

Happy 1st Birthday Elijah!

We celebrated my nephew Elijah's 1st birthday today. Hard to believe that a year has gone by already!

So, in celebration of Eli's birthday, I thought I'd share a video of Callie's rendition of "Happy Birthday" with you.... as well as a few pictures from today's party. (*Note: Sorry for the poor quality pictures. Jon is away for the weekend & has our camera so I had to use my iPod to capture the birthday action.)

Come on Baby!

I know, I know. Some of you are starting to wonder if I'll EVER finish our Thailand trip posts. And I promise I will. For some reason, its just been so daunting to finish it up. SO many pictures to sort through. But I will get the last few days of the trip up, eventually :)

But on a creative note... my sister Viv and brother-in-law Rich, are expecting their first child any day now. Viv is officially 6 days overdue now and will be induced either tomorrow or Friday. So in the excitement & anticipation of Clark Jr.'s arrival, I thought I'd make him/her a little "welcome" gift. V & R went with a jungle theme for their nursery so I painted some canvases to finish it off (decoratively speaking) :)

Now we wait for the little one to arrive. Can't wait!!
